I live in Cornwall, where the sea is never far away. There is something about the coast, peaceful and energising all at once, that mirrors exactly what I hope to bring to my work: stillness and aliveness, together.

My path here didn’t start where you might expect, but I have come to realise we are always gently being guided back to ourselves. I trained as a Dental nurse after coasting along in life disconnected from myself not knowing what brought me joy in life. I enjoyed being a place of calm and reassurance for the patients but was interested in how I could help in a more impactful way.

I discovered the Bowen Technique after researching how I could help my husband with pain from trigger finger/thumb. Bowen cracked something open in me. It introduced me to natural health, and to a truth I had not understood before: that we all hold the power to heal ourselves. I began to wake up to who I really could be, I had been so deeply disconnected from her.

Reiki came next, and with it, a real connection to energy healing, to consciousness and to my true potential. They had been laying dormant for so long. I felt a real connection to myself when working on my clients a spark slowly igniting. I went on to train in Aromatherapy and Indian head massage, weaving everything together into treatments and the more I connected to that side of myself the more intuitive my session became allowing me to really connect with what each session needed from me.

During my initial stages of retraining I had my first child, this went hand in hand with my growth. My children are undeniably the most important aspects of my growth on a personal level which in turn effected how I was able to show up for clients. It has been a difficult journey though, but that has bought the most profound wisdom. After having my first child I felt incredibly overwhelmed only just surviving, or that’s how it felt at the time: I know now I was running a lot of patterns of behaviour and beliefs that made me believe what simply was not true.

A chance meeting changed everything. Someone I knew had gone through her own transformation and seeing the difference I had to book a session with the lady who you had helped her. This lady and the circle of women she introduced me to became a pivotal figure in my own unravelling and rebuilding. This is where I began the deep work of taking full ownership of my patterns, my beliefs, my behaviour - the ones laid down in childhood and all lifetimes. No more blaming, no more excuses. Just honest, sometimes brutal self-recognition.

It changed the connection my family had completely. I went on to have four more children - five in total - when I had once believed I could not cope with more than one. Each one has taught me so much about myself, I am so incredibly grateful to them. The more I healed the way I saw my husband, my children, myself, the more our whole family unit strengthened. I stopped projecting my childhood experiences onto my marriage. I stopped misjudging the people I love the most. In letting that go, we came home to each other and unlocked so much connection and love.

The more I have worked on myself the more I have been able to access and hold space for others doing the same. This is what drives me now: creating unity - within families, and within oneself. Bringing people back home to who they really are, and the gifts only they carry.

I believe mothers hold extraordinary power - power to unlock who their children can become, and to model what is possible for the whole family. So every day, I keep learning, keep deepening my own practice, keep holding myself accountable so I can help my clients experience the same transformation that changed my life. Healing oneself holds the key to healing all! The birth of baby number five brought the quickest healing and recovery of them all at age 40, this was because I had cleared the density - beliefs, trauma patterns that were limiting my body from its own healing potentials. I am stronger than ever!
